2024 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit: June Ryan on the Key to Leadership

June Ryan, CEO and founder of June Ryan Global Solutions, took the stage at the 2024 Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit, held June 10-12 in Charlotte.

This high-energy presentation sparked attendees' curiosity and challenged some of their assumptions. It started with a core principle: ownership. The session was designed to get leaders and team members alike out of blaming and complaining and into positive solution-oriented action. Ryan explored the power of leaders becoming the “positive node” in the workplace, which helps to improve a team’s creativity, productivity and performance.
