Women Leading Travel & Hospitality wants your input on the leaders that should be honored in our fifth annual Top Women in Travel & Hospitality report! This annual feature highlights women executives in the travel and hospitality industries who are leading the charge by doing things such as creating inclusive cultures; smoothly navigating workplace change and challenges; retaining and motivating their teams; and so much more.
This is your chance to recognize those truly outstanding women leaders for their admirable work. Submit your nominations here.
Over the past several years, we’ve honored powerful women in travel and hospitality who have had a great impact on their businesses and the industry at large. The 2024 report included industry visionaries such as:

- Sangita Woerner, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Guest Experiences, Alaska Airlines
2025 Top Women in Travel & Hospitality nominees should be a senior vice president or above and have helped propel their business forward. They must be currently working at a travel or hospitality organization (e.g., hotel/lodging, airline, airport, rail, cruise, tourism, travel agency, car rental, shared economy, DMO/CVB, OTA, or other related sectors), and have demonstrated excellence, perseverance and innovation throughout the year. Nominees will be evaluated by Women Leading Travel & Hospitality's editorial team on several factors, including scope of responsibility within their position; career achievements; involvement within the travel and hospitality industries; among other factors.
In addition to nominating 2025's Top Women in Travel & Hospitality, we would like to recognize the rising stars in our industry as well. These women, while not yet at the top of the corporate ladder, are well on their way to being the next great leaders in the industry. Women on the Rise nominees must be a director and a current employee at a travel or hospitality organization.
