Meet the August 10 Virtual Exchange Speakers


We are less than one month away from the next Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Virtual Exchange! This live, interactive event will take place Thurs., Aug. 10 from 12-2 p.m. ET. We're excited to share more about the speakers so you can get your questions ready for this lineup:

  • Jennifer Cassetta is a TEDx and keynote speaker, health and empowerment coach, and author of "The Art of Badassery: Unleash Your Mojo With Wisdom of the Dojo." Equipped with her third-degree black belt in Hapkido, Master's degree in nutrition and various wellbeing certifications, she's spent the last two decades coaching thousands of people to feel strong, safe and powerful from the streets to the boardroom. With clients that include Apple, American Airlines, Nike, and Visa, Cassetta has rocked hundreds of stages across the country with her knockout combination of engaging content and contagious enthusiasm. Her skills have been featured on the "Today Show," "Good Morning America," "Rachael Ray," "The Doctors" as well as other publications.
  • Lillian Rafson is the founder and CEO of Pack Up + Go, a surprise travel brand that encourages spontaneity, exploration, and adventure among American travelers. She launched the bootstrapped business at 23 years old and has grown it to 30+ team members and $7 million+ in annual revenue. Rafson has been honored as a member of the Pittsburgh 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 and was named a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, a Travel & Leisure A-List Travel Planner, and a Top Woman in Travel and Hospitality. Outside of Pack Up + Go, Rafson is a business coach, focusing on helping entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses.
  • Qiana Spain is the executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Amtrak and has more than two decades of human resources experience. She joined Amtrak in 2020 and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resources strategy to support the long-term direction of the company. She oversees Amtrak’s succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, labor relations and compensation. Spain previously led human resources at Siemens in Orlando, FL for the company’s gas and power division. In that role, Spain led her team in developing HR strategy and implementing programs to drive business performance for 14,000 employees across the U.S.
